Cybersigilism

A visual aesthetic characterized by intricate needle-fine linework that fuses biomechanical horror with internet-age mysticism. Originating from the Berlin underground club scene in the late 2010s, Cybersigilism functions as a maximalist rejection of the “clean” minimalism dominant in 2010s design. It draws from chaos magick sigil practices, extreme metal typography, H.R. Giger’s organic-mechanical fusion, and circuit board patterning to create designs that feel simultaneously ancient and post-human – like an ancient grimoire filtered through an 80s hacking movie.
